Livermore-Amador Genealogical Society

We welcome you to the website of the Livermore-Amador Genealogical Society (L-AGS). Our society serves the cities of Livermore, Pleasanton and Dublin and surrounding areas in the Livermore and Amador Valleys of southeastern Alameda County, in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area of California.

We are pleased to offer online access to local cemetery records, a local history book, the 1870/1880 census for Murray Township of Alameda County, an index to pre-1905 Livermore obituaries, and an index to the Schellens papers.     Guest Speaker: Lisa B. Lee
    • Lisa, a professional genealogist, will discuss how to access the NEHGS website to view digital images, recorded
      seminars, articles, and research databases covering New England, Canada, and much of the British Isles.

  • The Master Genealogist Group - Sunday, February 19, 2012, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. (NOTE: Day and Time change)
    Location: Suite 110, 7077 Koll Center Parkway, Pleasanton (click for map).
    --- A lunch 'Meet Up' will be at 12 Noon at "Rage Super Burgers" - Bernal & Valley Avenues, Pleasanton.
    Topic: TMG Census Reports
    In February we will create a variety of TMG Census Reports using the "Census Tag". These reports are very useful research
    tools. Please be sure to always check the L-AGS website for possible changes in future days and times of our meetings.

  • L-AGS Board Meetings - Tuesday, February 28, 2012, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
