David will talk about the material and show examples of what it consists of. He will also relate how it was accumulated and why it is important to create a name index. David writes: "I am a past president of the Livermore-Amador Genealogical Society, a member of the SF Bay Area Jewish Genealogical Society, the JGS of Great Britain, a Co-Regional Director for the California State Genealogical Alliance and a participant in the SF Bay Area Genealogical Consortium. I am also a member of several other genealogy societies.
