She is a past trustee of the New England Genealogical Society and a member of the Mayflower Society. She has been researching her family since 1982. Jane has been a speaker for numerous organizations and her topic and delivery style are sure to keep you interested and laughing. A group leader provides a subject for each meeting and handouts are available. There is always an active question and answer session. Non-members are welcome. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saturday, September 21 at 8:00 a.m. Seminar - "Researching your Family History" Location - LDS Church, 950 Mocho Street, Livermore Open to the public Under the joint sponsorship of the Livermore-Amador Genealogical Society and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Livermore and Pleasanton Stakes, an exciting one-day seminar/workshop will be conducted for beginners and experts. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. with classes being held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:50 p.m. Twenty three different classes will be given on a wide variety of interesting subjects. The registration fee is $10.00 ($13.00 for those planning to attend the Internet class). For a full description of the classes, pick up a flyer at any local library or historical society.
