How to Get Started
The first two most important steps are:
Locate and preserve important documents and photos in your own home.
Interview all of your relatives, especially in the older generations, and WRITE DOWN the information!
Alex Haley, author of Roots, once said, "The death of an old person is like a library burning down."
Do your family a favor by preserving a copy of that library.
